Benefits of Ingredients

[Rice flour] has excellent properties for scalp and hair health as well. Many Asian cultures owe their bountiful tresses to the nutritional benefits provided by rice, rice water, and rice flour. Being an excellent cleanser, rice flour helps maintain a clean and healthy scalp, riding it of product build up, excess oil, and anything that clogs the hair follicles leaving hair to grow feeling and healthily.

Rice flour also strengthens and smoothens hair, removing frizz as hair is left silky and smooth. It repairs damaged hair due to its high amino acid content working intensely to nourish the scalp and hair follicles. It also improves hair elasticity resulting in less breakage and hair loss.

As illustrated, this this simple staple food provided by Mother Nature can help us with so many of our beauty care needs.

Rinsing hair in rice water is a traditional beauty treatment popular in many regions in Asia.

Having gained attention online, this alternative beauty remedy is now popular across the world.

Many people find rice water to be a beneficial hair treatment. Historical examples and anecdotal evidence suggest rice water may improve the strength, texture, and growth of hair.

Most scientific evidence about the treatment is inconclusive, so more research is needed to prove the benefits of using rice water.

While its benefits for hair remain unproven, using a rice water hair rinse is safe to try at home and may also be used on the skin. It has been found to promote skin health in people with dermatitis.https://www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles/321353#takeaway

[Alma powder]
Anecdotal reports suggest amla can:

condition your scalp
promote healthy hair growth
improve the tone of henna hair dyes
minimize grays
boost volume
reduce dandruff
treat head lice

Hair growth
An older animal study found that topical application of amla oil slightly increased the rate of hair growth in rabbits. The researchers suspect this benefit is tied to amla’s high concentration of vitamin E.

Vitamin E supports healthy circulation. Applying it topically may promote healing and cell regeneration in the given area.

Another 2009 animal study produced similar results. The researchers found that topical application of an herbal solution containing amla powder was more effective than minoxidil (Rogaine) at stimulating hair growth in Wistar rats.

A 2017 preliminary study on mice found that a patented herbal mixture containing amla powder might stimulate hair growth among people who experience hair loss.

Although these results are promising, more research is needed to assess how amla powder affects human hair.

[Rice protein]
It’s a natural alternative to traditional volumizing agents, which helps improve hair manageability, shine and volume. It’s also an effective treatment thanks to its strengthening, detangling, shine-enhancing and smoothing properties. It is also credited for moisturizing and improving general condition. Overall an ultimate hair hero!https://www.growgorgeous.com/blog/trends/rice-protein-and-hair-health/

[Milk]
Milk Benefits For Hair
Most hair issues are the result of a lack of proper nutrition for the scalp, making your hair weak and brittle. This can eventually lead to hair breakage, bald patches, or hair fall. Goat milk is the best solution for dry hair and scalp because of its ultra-moisturizing properties. It helps make your strands soft and silky while at the same time curbs frizz.

Let’s Find Out More About Goat Milk Benefits For Hair Growth

Goat milk nourishes your scalp completely and adds to the look and texture of your hair. It has soothing properties that help get rid of an itchy and irritated scalp.

The vitamin B content present in goat milk helps in making more red blood cells which help in ferrying oxygen to the scalp and follicles and contribute to better hair growth. Goat milk is recommended by doctors for its rich vitamin B content that contributes to stronger and fuller hair. It also enhances the capacity of the body to derive and utilize essential nutrients from different foods.

Milk also has potassium, carbohydrates, calcium, sodium and magnesium to assist in hair health and add to the elasticity of hair. It is also rich in both saturated and unsaturated fats and this facilitates its easy blend with other ingredients that enhance the shine of your hair. Goat milk ghee is also full of beneficial properties that could be used to add to the health of your hair strands.

The lauric acid content in goat milk enhances its antibacterial, antiviral and antifungal properties which are very effective in fighting dandruff and promoting a healthy scalp.

Milk is also rich in vitamin A which is important for hair cell growth. It also helps augment the production of sebum, which helps keep the head moist and hydrated.

The iron content in goat's milk helps in the oxygen-rich blood which is useful for enhanced hair growth. A diet lacking in iron can lead to hair loss.

[Coconut oil]
Coconut oil could help you grow your hair longer
Many people want to grow long, sleek, and shiny hair.

However, day-to-day wear and tear on your hair caused by styling, grooming, the weather, and pollutants can damage it.

This can make growing longer hair difficult, as your hair can become more worn and tired the longer it gets.

Possible benefits include:

Lice prevention. One small study found that when combined with anise in a spray, coconut oil was 40% more effective at treating head lice than the chemical permethrin.
Sun protection. UV filters can help protect your hair from sun damage. Some in vitro and skin studies have found coconut oil to have a sun protection factor of 8, so putting it on your hair could be useful.
Dandruff treatment. Dandruff can be caused by an overgrowth of fungus or yeast on the scalp. While no studies have examined coconut oil specifically, it has antimicrobial properties and could be useful for treating dandruff.
Hair loss prevention. Excessive grooming can damage the hair shaft, which in extreme circumstances can cause hair loss. Coconut oil can help keep your hair in good condition and prevent this.
It’s also claimed that consuming coconut oil can be beneficial for hair health due to the nutrients it provides. However, there is little evidence that this is the case.

SUMMARY
Coconut oil could be helpful to get rid of lice, protect your hair from the sun and reduce dandruff, but more studies are needed.
